In June of 2021, the inception of SporkDAO marked a groundbreaking moment for event DAOs worldwide. ETHDenver took the lead as the very first event DAO, a pioneer in its own right. The core mission of ETHDenver became clear: to channel all event proceeds towards enriching the community and steering us closer to a decentralized future.

Now, in the year 2024, we find ourselves amidst what is affectionately known as The Year of the SporkWhale. These SporkWhales stand as the stalwart champions of the SporkDAO ecosystem. They are the driving force behind #BUIDLing, project submissions, creative endeavors, and even whimsical adventures in the mystical Bufficorn Sea. What sets SporkWhales apart is their substantial holdings of $SPORK, making them a captivating and almost mythical presence within the Bufficorn family.
